Simon Andreassen Gets His Dream XCM Bike

We have taken all our in-house capabilities to build Simon Andreassen a champion’s Alma. The current UCI XCM World Champion now has a bike that blends our ability to design, build and customise a lightweight, stiff and responsive race hardtail.

Collaboration and trust are again at the fore here as the bike has been fine tuned to suit Simon’s riding style and personality.

In order to produce such a race hardtail, we use the best materials, surgical manufacturing procedures and attention to detail. This is polished off with custom colours and finishes, applied by hand at our HQ in Mallabia.

This paint job is the one thing that cannot be replicated, and this bike is no different. White with gold flake is a nod to that XCM gold medal, whilst the rear triangle sports the Rainbow Stripes deconstructed.

Once the custom paint has dried, our mechanics turn to fitting the bike out with the best kit, making sure the bike runs like a finely tuned machine.

Key to this build are our race team partners, and they feature their latest and greatest performance product on this one of a kind bike.

The bike is dripping with Shimano’s latest top tier groupset, XTR Di2, a custom painted Fox 34 SL, a one-piece carbon fibre Orbea bar and stem combo, OQUO Mountain Performance MP30LTD wheels with Maxxis Aspen tyres… Beautifully simple but ruthlessly efficient. Everything an XCM bike needs.
