From Our Factory to the World Cup

Every new bike is the result of thousands of hours of testing, development and competition. A large part of this comes from the experience of the Orbea FOX Factory Team on the world’s most demanding race courses, where everything is pushed to the limit. But long before reaching the start line, the process begins in a very different way.

It all begins with a vision. Design, engineering and development teams work together to imagine new solutions, challenge convention and keep pushing the boundaries of what’s possible.

From there, ideas take shape, prototypes come to life and a phase of continuous development and refinement begins. It is an ongoing evolution in which lessons learned on the trail help perfect the product until it reaches its final form.

Behind every frame are many hands and many stories. Not only those of the people who design and build the bike, but also those who care for it day after day. In the Service Course, precise adjustments and attention to detail allow the team to focus solely on giving their all.

The result of all this work is a bike developed not just to meet the demands of modern XC racing, but to push beyond them. Increased stiffness, more capable suspension and refined geometry combine to make Oiz more precise, more controlled and faster across every part of the course. Low weight remains part of the equation, but never at the expense of stiffness, precision or ride feel. This balance helps Oiz climb efficiently while maintaining greater control on descents.

The new Oiz reflects the way we approach development: building on what already works, questioning every detail and evolving the key characteristics that define the ride. Developed through racing and continuous refinement, Oiz continues to raise the standard for XC performance.
