Nowadays, the true value of a brand is in the people who make it up. Having a motivated team brings us closer to our goals. No matter how good a company’s products or services may be, without a team of people behind them with a strong focus on the project, it would be more difficult to achieve our goals.
At Orbea we are fortunate. We know that the people who work here are the foundation on which the reputation of our cooperative is built. Professionals who not only represent the values of our brand, but also put them into practice 365 days a year.
We are proud to have a team of more than 1,000 people around the world. People who add up. As a cooperative, we are committed to the creation of quality employment in all the regions where we are present. We firmly believe in this diversity and what it brings us as a team and as a society.
Today we want to recognize and thank the work of all those who work at Orbea, but especially those who work beyond our headquarters in Mallabia. Just because they are not close does not mean they are far away. Without their dedication and effort, we would not be able to bring our bicycles and solutions to cyclists around the world and contribute to improving sustainable mobility on the planet.
