Orbea’s history has been written by pioneering, courageous and determined women who have made the company we know today possible.

More than 50 years ago, the founding members of the co-op did not hesitate to launch into the metalworks industry dominated by men.

For this reason, and to mark the occasion of International Women’s Day on March 8, we want to thank all the women who have contributed to making Orbea a more competitive company with their perspectives and decision making.
Thanks to the women who put their hearts and work into this dream, including those who have proudly worn on our logo in top-level events. And we can’t forget the women who direct, design, paint or assemble. Their seal of quality is present in every one of our bikes.

WITHOUT THEM, THE ESSENCE AND VALUES OF ORBEA WOULD NOT BE THE SAME
This video is our first step in a solidarity campaign that features women and our Oiz. The Orbea women have assembled an Oiz that will be auctioned by our importer for the South African NGO I Love Boobies, with the goal of raising money for the fight against breast cancer. We will announce more details soon.
