Oiz Faces the Ultimate Challenge
Eight days where everything is put to the test. The body, the mind and the ability to keep going when everything tells you to stop. The Cape Epic leaves no room for excuses: each stage leaves its mark and the kilometers build fatigue.

In that scenario, the Orbea teams once again proved their level.
Orbea stood out for its consistency throughout the week, achieving stage podiums and a solid 4th place overall with David Valero and Marc Stutzmann of Klimatiza. Samuele Porro and Luis Martínez completed the team’s performance with a Top 10 finish. The Orbea FOX Factory Team, led by Ibon Zugasti, dominated the Grand Master category with 8 stage wins and the overall, while also competing at elite level.
Team 69, with Simon Andreassen, delivered an outstanding performance in the Mixed category, taking 8 wins and the overall victory. Beyond the results, teams such as Orbea Speed Company Racing, made up of Georg Egger and Lukas Baum, and Pump for Peace with Faranak Partoazar and Lejla Njemčević represented the true spirit of the Cape Epic: fighting until the end, overcoming every obstacle and never giving up.
Eight days later, the race comes to an end.
