ORBEA AND UNICEF: THE RIGHT TO WATER IN THE CLASSROOM

Orbea and UNICEF come together again to continue building a more equitable world.

Our cooperative nature leads us to establish alliances with organizations that share our values and commitments.

This purpose has led us to participate in the “Right to water in the classroom” project, which seeks to guarantee access to water in schools and rural communities in Guinea-Bissau.

This marks the third collaboration between Orbea and UNICEF.

This exciting project will span the next 3 years and reinforces our partnership strategy to lead initiatives with social impact and promote a more equitable future.

EDUCATION AND EQUALITY ARE THE AXES OF ALLIANCE BETWEEN ORBEA AND UNICEF

“Right to water in the classroom” will allow children in Guinea-Bissau to access drinking water in the classroom, thus guaranteeing their right to education.

To face this challenge, solar powered water wells, lavatories and water pumping systems will be built, among other initiatives.
