Our story is like a long mountain pass— full of unexpected turns, exhausting ascents and thrilling descents. We began as a small family business, and today nearly 1,000 of us are united in a cooperative that continues to evolve without losing sight of what matters most: the people who make it possible.

On this International Workers’ Day, we want to pay tribute to every member of our cooperative and highlight the value of our daily work. A commitment that creates employment not only in quantity, but in quality — both in our local communities and in the countries where we are present.

In recent years, we have increased the number of cooperative members, reducing the proportion of temporary contracts. Today, almost 1,000 people work for Orbea — whether in our Mallabia factory or in various locations around the world.
