Where the Journey Begins

The MTB World Cup kicks off in South Korea, but what starts there is not just a new season. It is the continuation of a path that has been built over time.

Orbea FOX Factory Team and Orbea FMD Racing return to competition with a consolidated structure, the same people, and their approach to the sport. Within that continuity lies a quiet yet decisive strength. Though it’s a new season, it’s not about starting from zero, but about moving forward from everything learned.

Last season delivered results that allow us to look ahead with ambition and confidence. There was consistent presence at the front, standout moments during the most demanding race weekends and, above all, a clear sense of progress. Beyond the numbers, what truly mattered was the process: the team’s shared evolution, an increasingly precise connection with the bike, and the ability to turn every experience into a lesson.

The Orbea FOX Factory Team arrives in South Korea with something that isn’t always visible, but makes the difference when everything is on the line: cohesion. A team that understands each other, that has grown together, and knows how to respond in key moments. An environment where every detail matters and where performance is the result of collective work.

Oiz

It’s the lightest, stiffest and most efficient machine available, whether your goal is to race or to take your riding to the next level. Personalize your Oiz with the colours from the Orbea FOX Factory Team using our MyOrbea Custom configurator.

In downhill, that path continues to evolve and enters a new phase. The Orbea FMD Racing project takes a step forward and arrives at this opening World Cup round with a new look, new colors that reflect the team’s evolution. A renewed identity that also extends to the new bikes, while keeping what matters most unchanged: a way of working built on collaboration, constant development and the pursuit of every marginal gain. Circuits, descents and setup adjustments are all still part of a living process in which racing also means building.

Rallon

Rallon is essential to this project. Born in competition and developed alongside the team, it’s a platform designed to help riders evolve continuously and perform at its best when it matters most.

We start the season with ambition, yes, but also with conviction. The belief that progress is not immediate, but constant when there is a shared purpose. The understanding that true value lies in how you get there, not just in the final result.

South Korea marks the first step in this new chapter. A chapter that does not begin from scratch, but from a solid foundation: accumulated experience and confidence in a team that keeps looking forward.
